  1. Just fantastic… I have been doing regular 1-hour workouts in gym since more than one year now, but doing this 15-minute walking exercise since last one week, I am getting more good results. My body is more toned, even my tummy bloating is less now, its more toned. I am feeling lighter (after initial body aches of course). Thank you, Lucy for sharing this with us. In future, i will be trying more of your exercises, but right now i am just in love with this one…

  3. Whoever wanted to try out this workout, please do as you wish. I’m naturally a petite yet a little bit chubby especially on my arms and thighs part. Yet, this workout reaaally helped me. I’m doing this for 4days, and I could see the difference. My body become more toned especially on my thighs. It looks like an easy exercise but once you do it, you’ll be sweating and you can feel a huge difference of yourself. Thank you so much Lucy!

  4. Thoroughly enjoyed this workout. My only suggestion is that you slow down the cool down stretches. I felt it was too rushed but other then that really loved the workout. 😊

  6. Thank you Lucy I just found your channel whilst surfing for simple easy exercises. I've not focused on keeping fit in this way for a while. Group sessions I dread and fear, so a workout to build upon at home is the ideal solution which I had never thought about (one positive that has come out of Covid–19). This is the perfect start and exercises I remember from years back (mostly). I've put on weight after a close bereavement, various homelife / personal difficulties and would love to like myself again. Your added motivation tips are excellent, so I will find that jar and start to fill it and not feel guilty when I go and treat myself (non chocolatey of course!) thank you and best wishes.

  8. Lucy, you are a gift to us for making such helpful home videos. With small kids, it's tough to be able to leave the home for workouts after working the whole day, so a big thanks for that. And especially now, with the Covid-19 pandemic, it's even more a blessing right now for the world because most of the world is home right now.

    MY question is this: For this specific workout, which happens to be my favourite, roughly how many calories would you estimate it burns?

  9. These 15-minute videos have been hugely helpful for me who is, (like millions) stuck at home in lockdown from Coronavirus. I don't think I would ever have gone looking for content like this if the world were not in this particular circumstance, but I'm sure to continue doing this even when we are able to go out again. Thanks, Lucy for these little videos which are really do-able and actually enjoyable too, with the walking, toning exercises and the interesting info about nutrition, recipes and mind-set. So glad I found this.

  13. FINALLY…I found a channel, that challenges me, but not try to kill me. I'm trying to lower my cortisol levels, and I'm so glad you have this channel. First workout, that I finished feeling like a winner. Not frustrated, out of shape, and in pain. Oh and those food tips are great!

  14. Hello Lucy- your workouts are amazing- I am doing marching workout and this one. These two are best for me. I am 62 years Old – I am doing These two excersises not for me getting slim – but to get fit. Specially with my back – These excersises straightened my back and I maintain my posture. Thanks a lot .
