  2. It really does work I've been doing it from the past 16 days and it does kind of work and my muscles are toned too but I still need to do this for about a month or two to really get firm breasts I also included some wall push-ups and knee push-ups and some other exercises

  5. im going to be doing these exercises every day twice a day (morning and evening) i’ll start tomorrow i’ll keep you guys updated good luck if you are doing this too :)) 10/04/2020. day 1 i did 20 of each exercise in the morning and evening. no visible changes obviously. didn’t hurt, my arms did get a little tired though. tip~make sure you can feel something going on in your chest area whilst doing the exercises (if that makes sense lol) that’s how you know you are doing to properly πŸ™‚ -11/04/2020

  7. Day 1: Tried it and feeling pressure in my joints of hand, shoulder and slightly in breast
    Day 2 : Tried it again, felt less pain in joints but got a burning sensation on the joint between my shoulder and arm
