  1. Hi Lucy, I start on your warm up then the bust firmer exercise as well as the indoor walking and arm 4minute home workout. It's brilliant, I couldn't do any other exercise, this is the best one because there is no strong pulling or stretching, or weights needed at all. Just you. That is that.

Look at God this past Monday I woke up to attempt the belly fat loss 7 minute workout after falling abit behind over Christmas an then I put weights on my ankles which I started doing maybe on the 4th week of the workout. So I had began doing my own warm up which was basically high knees for a minute an I had the ankle weights on. I was going at it an then book I twist my ankle on hand weights by my foot. I had also began incorporating weights into the workout to increase intensity.
    Anyway seeing this now will really help me out I’ll just memorise this an then jump straight into my routine. I have been on exercise rest now because of spraining my ankle but I am all healed an will begin this tomorrow morning. 5:30 am starts whose with me?! 😊

Could you devise a home work out exercise video [easy to medium burn] for seniors [plus 60] who are OK but not as stable at the hip as young people, so cannot do knee jerks, high kicks etc. The routine should allow for the fact that they may also may need a bit of support occasionally holding onto a chair etc. Thank you.
