  2. I'm doing this, waist and legs for a month.
    5th April: done all 3 and other 10 minute workout
    6th April: I got my period and was not feeling well, haven't done it
    7th April: done all 3 + 10 minute workout
    8th April: all 3 done
    9th: break
    10th: all 3 done

  3. I do really hope someone will reply me becquae i want to know does this workout will make your butt lift and even bigger or what..because i just want my butt to lift and toned but small i dont wait it to be bigger

  4. My friend would say "look at you working bum instead of working on your gut :)"Well since I'm focusing on bun, I must testify that the leg and glute exercises here work wonders in reshaping my bum.

  6. Finished up day 4 this morning! I can definitely feel this in my whole leg afterwards. Im also pairing this with a stubborn belly fat challenge she has, that ive been doin for a while daily now. Can wait til see where i get

  7. I challenge myself for a week. I am 24 years old.
    Little bit background.
    I weight 56 kgs.
    My measurements
    Upper tummy is 29 inch.
    Lower tummy is 34 inch
    My hips 37.5
    Upper Left thigh 22
    Upper Right thigh 22
    I am doing Lucyโ€™s this workout & 15 minutes walking exercise ,belly fat workout, peach shaped workout.
    Alright! Letโ€™s do this.

    Day 1: completed. Feels energized.happy. Was little tough but made through whole exercise

    Day 2: sore thighs and Hips.sweating sweating.Completed exercise.

    Day 3: almost didnโ€™t feel like working on exercise. Just being lazy. Had thoughts of whatโ€™s the harm in missing one day?! But I didnโ€™t. It was just the matter of 7 minutes. Made through whole exercise. Proud of me.

  8. Iโ€™m on day 2 and Iโ€™m sooo sore but itโ€™s a good pain, will come back at the end of day 7 to update my results day 3; I was sore all day but I just hit this workout and now I feel sooo much better Monday was supposed to be my day 4 but I was so tired so today is my day 4

  10. Thank you so much Lucy! I have many food sensitivities and being able to stay toned without over-doing workouts and losing weight is difficult. But these are perfectly low impact and still give me the results. I recommended them to my mom too!
