    I'm zumba intractress and also i teach aerobics i do many of your exercises especially in the abs and core and butt i love it…. 🤗🤗🤗👼👼

  2. My first time doing this workout, started your workouts about 4 weeks ago and really want to do a pistol squat. This was hard, but I will get there! I can already feel myself getting so much stronger from your workouts!

  3. Zuzka,  would using my chair as an assist for half pistol squats be a good way to prep myself for the real thing?

    For example, I would sit in the chair, then sit up using  one leg to push myself up ,then balance myself as I sit down into the chair, and repeat.
