  1. I just wanted to leave this message for anyone out there's who's still sceptical about this short workout. I did 6 consecutive days of this workout when I was staying with my mother in London while she was recuperating from an operation. This seemed ideal as I had very little time, and only packed my gym sweats (no trainers) for my week long trip.

    I took my waist measurement, as advised (39", 99cm). Please note that this is the ONLY exercise that I did when I was away. So this morning, I realised that I hadn't done a comparative measurement. Bearing in mind that I only did 6 of these, with the last one being on Saturday, I was astonished to record my new waist measurement of 38" / 96.5 cm. A 1 inch loss in 6 days!

    I'm away in Spain next week, and I will be following Lucy's Metabolism Reset workout while I'm out there.

    Just do it – Lucy knows what she's talking about. This works!

Not even 6 days in and I lost 9 pounds and three inches of my waist I’m a guy and it’s probably because I am 13 and I loose weight faster and my BMI says that I’m obese and people who are obese lose weight faster because their body isn’t used to it which makes me happy because I’m stuck in quarantine and many people tease me for being fat so I want to loose weight and when we come back to school in the fall I’ll be much slimmer πŸ˜€

    I weighed 207 lbs (93 kg) when I started and now I weigh 198 lbs (89 kg) I’m sooo happy and I do this 6 times a day and I’m on a 2,000 calorie diet

    Day 7: Done and extremely happy with the results. Gonna start another Lucy's challenge tomorrow.

  4. I started this exercise didn't have any hope:
    1st Day- exhausted felt tired
    2nd day-thought to skip but it's only for 7days so, let's make a try.
    3rd day–Felt light feelings near abdomen area, but didn't give any heck.
    4th day-instead of 60 seconds did each exercise for about 2 minutes even though difficult, Tadaaa !after the workout I took measurement tape & measured it.Guysssss seriously couldn't believe I lost 2.5 inches of my waist it also worked on my buttocks wherein I lost 2 inches.
    To be on a high note following the diet with skipping dinner it worked for me within four days.
    5th day- I will be doing now,m confident so please try just for 7 days, what's a big deal friendsus

    Lucy mam you are an angel for me, big thanks for putting an effort for us. Guys we need to applaud her efforts.

  5. I found this video because I was feeling the weight piling on due to the Covid19 stay at home. Today is my 7th day and I'm happy to report that I've lost 2.5cm off my waist and 2cm off my arms. My starting waist measurement was 80cm and arms were 36cm each. I will keep going till I get to my goal waist size. Thank you, Lucy!!!

  6. I have started this challenge and it really is a feel good workout. I want to know where is the link for the 7 day healthy meal plan? I want to attempt this workout with the right eating plan.

    Day 1 = done βœ” ( exhausted)
    Day 2 = done βœ” ( i am dead)
    My legs to me ( i can't )

    My legs (had less food😏)
    Also me (NaHπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)
    Day 3 = done βœ” measurements: upper body 32 (lost .5 inch) lower body 37 (lost 1 inch😎) YooooπŸ’ͺ
    Day 4 = missed πŸ˜ͺ
    Day 5 = done βœ” feel energetic πŸ’ͺ
    Day 6 = done βœ” Quite easyπŸ˜†

  8. Does it matter if I do a different LWR 7 minute workout each day or should I stick with the same one for 7 days? I just like to change it up because I get bored easily lol
