For a year have been doing this workout twice in evening and also Lucy's 5 Min Abs Workout – At Home Abdominal and Oblique Exercise Routine twice in the morning (great to do in bed when you wake up). This has caused me to have a strong core so can do other exercises without getting injured. Started a year ago in awful shape. I think this is a good way to get started exercising.

  4. I'm really enjoying your workouts Lucy and can see my whole body changing. Could you please advise if there are exercises I could do to flatten my lower stomach pouch. My abs are really tight now but I have this annoying bit of flabby tummy that I cannot seem to decrease. I'm not good with floor exercises to ideally if you could suggest standing ones I'd really appreciate it. Thanks very much xx

  6. Thank you very much. Just found you last night and started working out with you today. I love how versatile and short your videos are, so I can add up as much as I feel doing and never get bored. That's​ perfect for me. Thank you. I have a question, please: I have bad knees and trouble to keep them bent while standing on one of them; they give in, kind of instable. Would you recommend me keeping my legs straight or skip these type of excersises, or maybe something else entirely? Your advise is highly appreciated. TIA

  7. I'm back after 2+ months. I almost got burnout number 2 so I had to take a step back to keep standing…. today I was excited to do some workout. My condition is so bad again BUT I will do it on my own tempo and I feel good after doing this one and your 300 arm reps workout. Doing bit by bit. Xx

  8. Hi Lucy! I love this workout so much, as traditional crunches are very difficult for me, and I feel like this actually works my abs better.
