  1. Thank you Zuzka! I completed one full workout, I was right behind you the entire time. I got a good sweat and my heart rate is up. It was quite difficult. I enjoyed this one. I will have to do this one again and shoot to complete this workout twice. Have a great day! 😀

  3. Just a note for the video, there's a blue overcast on the low, closer camera. It just makes video look like it doesn't match and can be a little jarring.

    Excellent workout that totally kicked my butt!

  4. This looks good. I'm going to try it tomorrow morning. The only substitution I'm making is for #6. Instead of doing the plank jump to jump tuck I'll be doing squat jumps with a 20kg kettlebell behind my neck for the interval. I think that, for me, jump tucks over the long haul might damage my knees and/or ankles so I'm playing it safe. Thanks for posting this!
