  4. I've done this workout several times and I like it a lot, but I can never seem to understand the reverse squats. I don't know if I am doing it properly to target the right muscles, feels like a back injury waiting to happen and I can't seem to get it in my legs or glutes.

  5. what if you do tabata often every week for years and you have a very good level but you cant see no abs, & you have no diseas, or maybe a digestion disease but you dont eat tonnes of food, au contraire + you eat super healthy, hardly ever do you eat fat + sugar, & your belly is sort of little but sort of big & you cant have abs how come ? even if you workout your abs 5 days a week with tabata, jumping rope , is it just something like bad luck, bad star, everything you do just nothing works, never for you, caus if you got like a not serious disease that makes you have a big belly even if you eat really small quantities at all of your meals, & that even if you work your belly so much , you just cant seem to get abs, you only reduce the size of your belly a little but not enough, as if you could workout forever like til you die & never have no abs, all bodies are diferent ? some get abs faster ,muscles faster than others even if they workout less than otherz, less minutes, less days ? if that isnt bad luck !!!! its not normal when you know some humans who have workout les years than others less days eveyr week, less time every week and have a more tonified, more msucled, leaner body than those who workout so much more, harder , ect is it the diferences of bodies or some human being ? like some have something inexplicable in their bodies that make them progres slowlier, others faster, like their bodies are just like that ? stonger, weeker bodies? but not cauz of the workouts, but caus of like being born like that * its really not normal that if you work out abs for yearz you cant have a slim belly but big belly eating so small quantites + eating almost nothing that makes one get fat * isnt it like supernatural or being the unluckiest human aliv * having giant belly as if you ate tonnes of food & you dont even eat between meals & you give a lot of atention to eating terribly healthy * mybe its those who were born very week caus its not just that its many sutf like often having headackes, often feeling bad, often feeling cold when everyone else doesnt feel cold, dont have that many heardacke,s dont feel bad, feeling always tired, having no energy , when others hardly ever feel that & feel a lot of energy * a general weekness * thanks in advance * YAHWEH bless you + all those who live in earth
