I’m actually specializing in fixing my imbalances and weak point, glutes being one in all them as a result of my pelvis is rotated & I cannot hit full hip extension. I’ve extraordinarily tight hammies, hip flexors (lengthy distance runner and athlete my entire life) & overactive erectors and the record goes on…so in case you cope with any of this like I do I shall be posting extra on this sort of stuff!
